Courier Service

All orders are shipped via Courier Guy, our trusted delivery partner.
We ensure all parcels are securely packaged before dispatch.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Payments via Yoco payments.

  • Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received and cleared in our account.

  • Proof of payment must be sent to our sales team to confirm your order via whatsapp.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

  • Invisible Lines cannot be held liable for any delays once parcels are handed over to the courier, as this is beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Invoice

  • An official invoice will be sent to you for confirmation after payment is received.

  • Please review your invoice carefully to ensure all details are correct before dispatch.

  • Once your parcel is collected by the courier, ownership and risk pass to the customer.
